Sprinkler
If there is a sprinkler system we can test it out and make sure the system is working correctly.
Septic Walk-Over & Septic Dye
We can do two different septic inspections .
Septic walk -over : We do a general inspection of the septic system and type of a report.
Septic Dye: We add a dye to the system and then go back a few days later to make inspect the system again for any leaks. This inspection and is an additional cost from the septic walk over.
Water Sample
We take a water sample from the home and we take it to a lab and to have the water sample tested by professionals. We will email you the results once they are in.
